Where required, clients will receive appropriate disclosures and a written service agreement describing the services to be performed, payment terms, estimated timeframes, cancellation rights, and other information required by applicable law.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Mike the Credit Champ LLC does not guarantee any specific credit outcome or result.
Credit profiles and circumstances vary from person to person. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the accuracy and completeness of information appearing on a consumer’s credit reports, creditor and credit bureau responses, the consumer’s existing credit history, payment behavior, debt levels, credit utilization, new accounts, inquiries, and other financial activity.
Past client results, testimonials, examples, case studies, or marketing materials do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
3. No Guaranteed Credit Score Increase
We do not guarantee that your credit score will increase by any specific number of points or within any particular period of time.
Credit scores are calculated by third-party scoring models and may change for reasons unrelated to services provided by Mike the Credit Champ LLC. Different lenders, credit bureaus, and scoring models may also produce different scores.
4. No Guarantee of Deletions
Mike the Credit Champ LLC does not guarantee the deletion, removal, modification, or suppression of any specific account, collection, inquiry, late payment, charge-off, bankruptcy, public record, or other item appearing on a credit report.
Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be legally removed simply because it negatively affects a credit score.
Our services are intended to assist consumers in exercising their legal rights regarding information they believe may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or otherwise subject to dispute under applicable law.
5. No Guarantee of Financing or Approval
Use of our services does not guarantee approval for:

Any other credit-based product or service
Lenders and other third parties establish their own underwriting and eligibility requirements. Mike the Credit Champ LLC does not control those decisions.
6. Results and Timelines Vary
There is no guaranteed timeline for credit improvement or resolution of disputed information.
Credit bureaus, creditors, furnishers, collection agencies, and other third parties control their own investigation and response processes. Accordingly, the amount of time required and the results obtained will vary for each consumer.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for us to perform agreed-upon services.
Clients are also responsible for continuing to make payments on their financial obligations, monitoring their accounts, avoiding unnecessary new debt, and making independent financial decisions.
Our services do not replace a consumer’s responsibility to maintain healthy financial and credit habits.
8. Consumer Rights
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information contained in your credit report yourself, without hiring a credit repair organization.
Consumers may contact the nationwide consumer reporting agencies directly to obtain information regarding their credit reports and dispute information they believe is inaccurate.
Hiring Mike the Credit Champ LLC is optional and is intended for consumers who choose to receive assistance with the credit improvement and dispute process.
Consumers entering into credit repair services may also have cancellation rights under CROA and applicable state law. Any applicable cancellation rights and required notices will be provided in the consumer’s service agreement and disclosures.
9. Educational Information
Information provided through our website, social media, consultations, emails, educational materials, or other communications is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Mike the Credit Champ LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consumers should consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding matters requiring professional advice.
10. Fees and Payment
Fees, billing schedules, and services included in a client’s program will be disclosed before services begin and will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Mike the Credit Champ LLC will not knowingly charge or receive payment for credit repair services in a manner prohibited by CROA or other applicable law.
If there is a conflict between these general website Terms and a client’s signed service agreement regarding the specific services purchased, the signed service agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website or services may reference or integrate with third-party providers, including credit monitoring services, consumer reporting agencies, payment processors, financial institutions, or other service providers.
Mike the Credit Champ LLC does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, policies, actions, decisions, or services.
